Transfers from abroad
For avoiding high banking charges concerning orders from EU foreign countries we would like you to make use during your transfer of the IBAN- and BIC-Code sent to you in our e-mail.
For payments via cash on delivery, an additional cash on delivery charge are due, since the Deutsche Post AG as well as other parcel services raise an additional delivery fee. The amount of this fee you can find in our delivery charges table. Payments through cash on delivery are hence more expensive than the alternative payment methods.
Please note: When delivery of shipments via cash on delivery is refused, when delivery is not possible or when they are not collected, these shipments will be returned to us by the parcel service, and additional and high costs for us are the consequence. Please ensure that someone is present when expecting a parcel via cash on delivery, and make sure that the letter box is cleared regularly for the case that a parcel notification card was left in it when nobody was present.

Privacy and data protection
Due to the reason mentioned above we would like to let you know that we do not only guarantee the statutory warranty period but also an extended warranty of 36 months applying for all products that have been bought in our online shop from 01 th November 2010 unless the customer is not a consumer according to §13 BGB (German Civil Code). Our extended guarantee is without extra costs and does not have any effects on the statutory warranty period.
All defaults during warranty period arising evidently from material defects or faulty workmanship will be covered by us. Please note that our extended guarantee is not valid for wear parts. Wear parts are items subject to natural wear or wear due to daily use, for example cables, bags, cases, lamps, projectors, LEDs, fader and laser diodes.
