Bass speaker of highest power capability, 30cm (12"), dual voice coil, stable diecast basket, the particularly rigid aluminiun cone of the MK2 version features an exclusive rubber surround of long excursion. The same highly efficient drive system as in the 38cm speaker is also used in the 30cm SONIC. With this speaker, the linear excursion is also +/- 25mm at full drive and allows an absolutely amazing bass reproduction. This can already be attempted in a cabinet of a size of only 25-30 litres (closed), maximum power is achieved with bass-reflex cabinets of approx. 60 litres.
