What power rating do I need for outdoor events?

How do I safely suspend speaker boxes from truss?

Suspending speaker boxes from truss requires certified rigging hardware, proper load calculation and compliance with safety regulations such as DGUV Vorschrift 17. Use only speakers designed for flying, equipped with rated rigging points (M10 inserts or flying bars). Attach speakers to aluminium truss using certified clamps rated for the combined load, and always install secondary safety cables with a minimum 10:1 safety factor. Calculate total suspended load including speaker weight, rigging hardware and dynamic forces. Ensure truss systems are properly engineered, inspected and load-tested.
