What are Litetruss truss systems used for?

The number of chord tubes determines the scope of application of the Trusses. A distinction is made between single, double, triple and 4 point trusses. Each design specifies different possible applications:

1 point truss

1 point trusses are rods used as connectors or supports. They are used to attach light elements of stage equipment, such as disco balls or small spotlights, with pinpoint accuracy. The 1 point trusses fit perfectly into the Litetruss system so that they can be easily connected to the other construction elements.

Litetruss X31S: Perfect for lightweight or creative constructions such as small-scale exhibition stands, decorative structures or advertising frames. The flexible system impresses with its high load-bearing capacity and low material weight. X31S matches all other Litetruss series. Litetruss H31S: The proven and compact H31S system can be used universally to create display mounts or rigging systems or even geometric bodies. Assembly is quick and easy because the building modules and Litetruss accessories, such as cone connectors, are perfectly matched.

2 point truss

2 point trusses provide stability with their two tubes. They serve as simple beams and can withstand light weights. As a grid ceiling, they hold a theater curtain or various lights, for example. 2 point trusses are very popular in trade show and stage construction because they are so versatile.

Litetruss X32L: You can implement demanding projects with the stable X32L series. Wherever great holding and supporting force is required - for concert or theater stages, exhibitions, events, store and trade fair construction - this system with its large selection of components is ideal. Litetruss H32L: The H32L series is the heavy-duty version for particularly heavy-duty constructions in store or trade fair installations.

3 point truss

3 point trusses convince by solid stability and many possibilities to go into the spatial. You can use them to build solid corners of stands, superstructures and entire stages. Litetruss X33D: The all-rounder of the 3 point trusses. It offers maximum flexibility and load-bearing capacity for impressive exhibition stands or small to medium-sized concert stages. The perfectly matched elements allow clean, flush and friction-locked assembly. Litetruss H33D: The H in the name H33D also stands for the heavy-duty version of the proven three-point truss system. This allows you to create compact, stable installations using a lightweight design.

4 point truss

When full support and holding performance is required, the 4 point truss comes into play. Large constructions, impressive stages and reliable ground support can be realized with the four-part construction elements. These are also used very often and with pleasure in stage construction, because you can create reliable stability, build safely in height and also fasten heavy stage equipment.

Litetruss X34V: The powerful X34V four-point truss system is compact, flexible and exceptionally resilient. This makes it ideal for setting up large trade show displays and opulent lighting systems. Here, too, assembly is child's play thanks to the conical connection system. With Litetruss systems you create constructions according to the highest safety standards. Litetruss H34V: The heavy-duty form is also available for the 4 point trusses: Litetruss H34V. With all the advantages of the universal four-bar system, only designed for even higher loads. The sturdy series is available in various lengths and sizes. Litetruss B104RV: Also made of four belt tubes, but specially developed for heavy loads, is the B104RV system. The connection system is extra strong for maximum load capacity. This series is designed for stage roofs, large ground supports, antenna masts and other installations with challenging spans and payloads.
