Pop-Rivet Large-Head 4.8 x 24 mm
- One-side installation ( Blind rivet)
- Extra wide rivet head provides large surface area
- Ideal deal for riveting soft or brittle materials
- Covers a lange clamping area
- It is posible to join different materials such as metal to metal, aluminium,steel,stainless steel,copper or plastik to metal
- Blind rivets can be installed from both sides
- No surface damage after riveting
- Excellent resistence to temperature fluctuations
- No loosening by dynamic influences ( vibration )
- High quality rivet sleeve made of aluminium with a high magnesium content of 3.5% and 5.0% thTHIS MEANS HIGH TENSILE AND SHEAR FORCES, EXCELLENT TIGHTENING FORCE AND INCREASED CORROSION RESISTANCE.
- This means high tensile and shear forces, excellent tightening force and increased corrosion resestence
- High quality, fast and simple installation
- Can be used with simple , ergonomic tools
- Ecolocical riveting: no smoke , sparks or steam
Fixing with a large head (setting head) rivet guarantees a secure and robust connection, even in soft materials. This also makes it particularly effective when used with materials such as plastic or wood. The optimised mandrel breakload also ensures a safe break. The generous shape of the large head rivet, compared with the standard flat head, the double bearing surface under the head means extreme durability.
A 3.5% aluminium-magnesium alloy provides increased tensile and shear forces. This connecting element ensures a secure and strong fixing, and is also extremely versatile.
