The Expolite TourBAR 400 Frost sets new standards in flexibility and efficiency. The key advantage: This LED bar features built-in Smart Glass, which enables an electronic frost effect controlled directly via DMX. This completely eliminates the tedious process of attaching manual frost filters. Switch seamlessly between a defined 104° beam angle for crisp accents and a soft 110° wash effect for uniform wall lighting—right in the middle of the show or during installation, with the push of a button on the lighting console.

Creative pixel mapping and cross-system expansion

Equipped with 480 RGB LEDs (0.5W) and 240 cool white LEDs (1W), the bar delivers intense colors and a brilliant white. Thanks to its division into 48 individually controllable segments, the TourBAR 400 Frost is a powerful tool for pixel mapping and dynamic chaser designs. Particularly convenient for expanding setups: The bars can be mechanically and electrically connected not only to each other but also seamlessly to the TourBAR 300. This creates uniform lines of light while offering maximum creative freedom.

Ready for use in TV, theater, and outdoor settings

With its IP65 certification, the bar is protected against dust and water jets, making it the top choice for facade lighting and open-air events. For professional TV productions, it offers a variable PWM frequency of up to 20,000 Hz for completely flicker-free camera images. In noise-sensitive environments such as theaters, the rugged die-cast aluminum housing features an automatic fan with an auto-mute function, ensuring whisper-quiet operation. The touring package is rounded out by PowerCON TRUE1 connectors and RDM support for hassle-free remote configuration.
