celexon Cinch Digital Audio Cable 5.0m - Professional Line

The celexon Cinch Digital Audio Cable transmits digital stereo and multi-channel audio signals in the best quality and is therefore ideally suited for connecting input and output devices with a digital SPDIF connection.

Using the coaxial SPDIF (Sony/Philips Digital Interface) interface, audio signals are transmitted uncompressed and losslessly. This means that analogue stereo signals can also be transmitted uncompressed via digital encoding using PCM (Pulse-Code Modulation).

Analogue Cinch cables are not suitable for the digital transmission of these electrical signals, as their impedance is only 50 Ohm. An impedance of 75 Ohm is required for the electrical transmission of digital signals. This difference leads to dropouts, especially with longer cables.

Thanks to the high degree of shielding, the cable is optimally protected against interference such as that from mobile phones and other radio sources. Nevertheless, its small diameter offers a high degree of flexibility in handling. Nothing stands in the way of your unrestricted enjoyment of music.
