What furniture pieces are available as truss furniture?

Truss furniture at LTT covers a wide range of pieces for booth and stage. You can choose bar stools with wooden seats and foot rest rings, standing and bar tables, trade-fair counters (Messetheken), lecterns (Rednerpulte) with grooved aluminium shelves, catalogue stands, TV stands with base plates for screens up to around 45 kg, and DJ consoles or booths with optional plates, tubes and front panels. All pieces share the characteristic aluminium truss look, so they integrate cleanly into a truss trade-fair stand or stage design.

What materials are truss furniture made of?

Truss furniture combines two main materials. The load-bearing frame is made from event-grade aluminium truss tube — for example Naxpro-Truss FD (35 mm or 50 mm) or HD (50 mm) profiles — chosen for its low weight and statically calculated strength. Seat surfaces and table tops use natural or solid wood, typically around 35 mm thick, which adds comfort and a warm contrast to the aluminium. For stability, many pieces feature galvanised steel base plates (for example around 800 × 800 × 15 mm) and foot rest rings on stools.

Are truss furniture pieces stable and safe to use?

Yes, professional truss furniture is stable and safe when built on genuine event trusses. At LTT the underlying Naxpro-Truss systems are statically calculated and TÜV-tested, and they are manufactured to EN 1090. Stability comes from steel base plates and foot rest rings that prevent tipping, while suspended elements such as TV brackets include a safety cable to DGUV Vorschrift 17 (formerly BGV C1), 60 cm × 5 mm, rated up to 45 kg. Always keep the actual load below the specified working load limit for safe operation.

Which brands and truss systems are compatible with the furniture?

Truss furniture at LTT is built primarily on Naxpro-Truss, our own brand made in Germany, available in FD (35 mm and 50 mm), HD (50 mm) and GS94 (60 mm) systems. Because most 50 mm F-series profiles follow the same conventions, furniture and components are generally compatible with Global Truss and Alutruss inventory as well. Safety gear and connectors from Riggatec complete the picture. If you already own a specific system, our specialists help you confirm compatibility before you buy so all components fit together.

What is the delivery time and how are bulky truss items shipped?

Truss furniture is classified as bulky goods (Sperrgut) and is shipped by freight forwarder from Bocholt, Germany. Delivery times typically range from 1 to 21 working days depending on the item and configuration, and express delivery is available where you need it faster. Shipping is free from €69, and LTT ships worldwide through its international dealer network. Business customers can also purchase on invoice. Because these items are large, plan enough space and lead time before your event or trade fair.

What does truss furniture cost?

Prices for truss furniture depend on the type, truss system and size. As a guide, a professional truss bar stool starts at around €349.99, while larger multi-tube counters and configured DJ booths cost more because they use more profiles and connectors. Lighter FD21–24 display pieces are more affordable than heavy-duty HD31–44 or GS94 builds. At LTT you buy directly from the manufacturer, which means strong value, a 3-year warranty and wholesale conditions for resellers. Contact our specialists for a tailored quote on larger stand or stage setups.

What is the difference between Naxpro-Truss and Global Truss furniture?

The main difference between Naxpro-Truss and Global Truss furniture lies in origin, support and value. Naxpro-Truss is LTT's own brand, made in Germany, statically calculated, TÜV-tested and manufactured to EN 1090, with documented tube specifications and direct manufacturer support. Global Truss is a widely recognised international system, often chosen by buyers already standardised on it. Both use comparable 50 mm F-series profiles, so furniture is generally compatible across the two. Choosing Naxpro-Truss from LTT gives you manufacturer expertise, transparent specs and expert advice on compatibility.

Which truss furniture suits a DJ setup?

For a DJ setup, a truss console or booth is the ideal choice. Foldable truss consoles pack down for easy transport between gigs, while optional plates, tubes and front panels let you configure the booth around your controllers, mixer and screens. Prioritise a stable base plate and a heavier profile such as HD31–44 so the console stays steady during energetic sets. The characteristic truss look also creates a striking stage presence. At LTT you can build a DJ booth that matches both your gear and your desired wow effect on stage.
