What furniture pieces are available as truss furniture?

What materials are truss furniture made of?

Truss furniture combines two main materials. The load-bearing frame is made from event-grade aluminium truss tube — for example Naxpro-Truss FD (35 mm or 50 mm) or HD (50 mm) profiles — chosen for its low weight and statically calculated strength. Seat surfaces and table tops use natural or solid wood, typically around 35 mm thick, which adds comfort and a warm contrast to the aluminium. For stability, many pieces feature galvanised steel base plates (for example around 800 × 800 × 15 mm) and foot rest rings on stools.

Are truss furniture pieces stable and safe to use?

Yes, professional truss furniture is stable and safe when built on genuine event trusses. At LTT the underlying Naxpro-Truss systems are statically calculated and TÜV-tested, and they are manufactured to EN 1090. Stability comes from steel base plates and foot rest rings that prevent tipping, while suspended elements such as TV brackets include a safety cable to DGUV Vorschrift 17 (formerly BGV C1), 60 cm × 5 mm, rated up to 45 kg. Always keep the actual load below the specified working load limit for safe operation.

Which brands and truss systems are compatible with the furniture?

Truss furniture at LTT is built primarily on Naxpro-Truss, our own brand made in Germany, available in FD (35 mm and 50 mm), HD (50 mm) and GS94 (60 mm) systems. Because most 50 mm F-series profiles follow the same conventions, furniture and components are generally compatible with Global Truss and Alutruss inventory as well. Shipping is free from €69, and LTT ships worldwide through its international dealer network. Business customers can also purchase on invoice. Because these items are large, plan enough space and lead time before your event or trade fair.

What does truss furniture cost?

As a guide, a professional truss bar stool starts at around €349.99, while larger multi-tube counters and configured DJ booths cost more because they use more profiles and connectors.
