LD Systems RSMP - Radio Streaming Media Player

Whether in bars and restaurants, in the gym, in places of worship, or in offices and warehouses – every fixed installation requires individual content that can be played as flexibly as possible. With the RSMP, LD Systems has an all-in-one media player in its portfolio that covers a wide range of sources and gives users complete freedom in how they put their content together.

The LD Systems RSMP is a universal media player for fixed sound reinforcement solutions. It combines an integrated FM, DAB, and DAB+ tuner, Spotify, Amazon Music, and Deezer streaming, Internet radio, and a USB media player for playing MP3 files from a USB stick – and all in an extremely compact enclosure requires only a third of the width of a 19" rack (1U). With an optional rack tray, three RSMPs can be placed next to each other in the rack to save space. The supplied rubber feet for use on a desk and additional accessories for mounting on a wall or under a desk top make the device even more flexible.

The Internet radio module enables worldwide reception of over 50,000 Internet radio stations. The connection to the Internet is established either via a LAN port or dual-band WLAN (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz). An FM and DAB+ tuner is available for playing conventional radio programs.

Maximum content freedom for music and podcasts is provided by compatibility with the streaming services from Spotify, Amazon Music and Deezer. The use of the Bluetooth 5.0 wireless standard ensures secure transmission and high ranges when streaming. The integrated MP3 music player with USB-A 2.0 interface can also be used as a local playback option in places where no internet connection is available or there is no radio reception.

For convenient content selection, the RSMP Radio Streaming Media Player provides independent preset memory locations for Internet radio/podcast, FM, DAB+, Spotify and Amazon Music. In addition, the combination of a large 2.4" color display, quick access buttons and control dials allows for quick and easy configuration on the device. The free UNDOK app from Frontier Smart Technologies (iOS & Android) can also be used to conveniently control the RSMP via a smartphone or tablet, including source and media selection. An infrared remote control is also supplied with the RSMP.
