Unobtrusive appearance and a magnificant sound! With the FGM-170, it is possible to very easily and conveniently realise state-of-the-art remote miking for highest requirements. In order to achieve a perfect result, one of the three high-quality back electret microphone cartridges of different directional characteristics can be used, depending on the application.
With the extra lightweight (105g) but extra stable carbon fibre boom, it is possible to perfectly align the cartridge. A miniature gooseneck provides maximum flexibility when adjusting the exact tilting angle. The stand is very stable due to the diecast base plate and decoupled from structure-borne noise due to rubber feet. The connection cable with a length of 8m allows for an electronically balanced signal transmission via the connector plug.
Additional features like low cut and 10dB attenuator (both switchable) are also available. The red LED ring at the cartridge indicates the operational availability.
