Precise 4-Band Xone EQ

The four phono/line channels feature the legendary 4-band Xone EQ. The high- and low-frequency bands offer a full kill function, while two separate midrange bands allow for particularly precise adjustments to the frequency spectrum. This enables detailed shaping of transitions and the targeted emphasis or attenuation of individual elements within a track.

The two Mic/Line channels are also equipped with a 4-band EQ, enabling flexible tone control for microphones, external playback devices, and other signal sources.

Dual Xone:VCF – Two Analog Filters

Among the best-known features of the Allen & Heath Xone:92 are the two independent analog Xone:VCF filters. High-pass, band-pass, and low-pass characteristics can be applied flexibly, enabling creative interventions during mixing.

The current generation features optimized VCF response curves for even more precise control, as well as silent switching, which allows the filters to be turned on and off exceptionally cleanly. Frequency and resonance can be adjusted individually.

Optimized Phono Preamps for Vinyl DJs

The redesigned RIAA phono preamps have been specifically tuned for detailed vinyl playback. At the same time, the level balance between phono and line sources has been improved, allowing classic turntables and modern digital playback devices to be easily combined within a DJ setup.

Custom mini innoFADER Pro

The Xone:92 is equipped with a specially tuned mini innoFADER Pro crossfader. It offers smooth and precise fader response as well as high responsiveness. The crossfader curve can be adjusted to suit your personal mixing style.

In addition, a new global 3-way switch is available for the channel faders to adjust the fader response curve. This allows the behavior of the channel faders to be quickly adapted to different mixing techniques.

Professional Connectivity

With four phono/line channels and two mic/line channels, the Xone:92 offers numerous options for integrating various audio sources. Two AUX paths also allow for the integration of external effects units and other audio processors into the DJ setup.

Separate master, booth, and record outputs facilitate integration into professional club and event systems. The Xone:92 is therefore suitable both as the centerpiece of a classic vinyl setup and for extensive hybrid DJ rigs.
