The Allen & Heath Xone:PX5 is a professional 4+1-channel analog DJ mixer that combines the signature warm Xone sound with modern digital connectivity and powerful built-in effects. Featuring its legendary Xone:VCF filter, the built-in Xone:Xcite FX system, and a high-quality 20-channel USB sound card with 24-bit / 96 kHz resolution, the Xone:PX5 is ideal for clubs, festivals, professional DJs, and hybrid performance setups.

Four fully equipped phono/USB/line channels, plus an additional mic/aux channel, allow you to connect turntables, media players, computers, microphones, and other audio sources. All channels feature a precise 3-band Isolator EQ, offering extensive possibilities for creative sound design.

Xone:Xcite FX – Built-in Effects for Creative DJ Sets

The integrated Xone:Xcite FX system was developed specifically for professional DJ use. Various delays, reverbs, resonators, modulation effects, flangers, and distortion effects can be controlled directly from the mixer and seamlessly integrated into the mix.

The Hybrid FX Mode allows internal and external send/return effects to be combined. Each channel has its own send control and can be routed to both the internal Xone:FX engine and externally connected effects units.

Legendary Xone:VCF Analog Filter

The Allen & Heath Xone:PX5 features the renowned Xone:VCF filter for creative and precise shaping of the mix. It offers high-pass, band-pass, and low-pass filters, as well as adjustable resonance and filter frequency.

In addition to the main channels, the aux channel and the external return can also be routed to the filter. This gives the Xone:PX5 versatile options for dynamic transitions and complex effect combinations.

20-Channel USB Sound Card with 24-bit / 96 kHz

The built-in 20-channel USB 2.0 sound card operates at a resolution of up to 24-bit / 96 kHz and enables seamless integration of computers and DJ software into professional setups.

The audio interface also supports DVS control with Native Instruments Traktor Scratch Pro 3. This allows digital audio files to be controlled via compatible control vinyls or control CDs without the need for a separate audio interface.

4+1 Channels for Flexible DJ Setups

Four fully equipped main channels support phono, line, and USB signals. In addition, there is a flexible mic/aux channel with XLR and 6.3-mm jack connectors, as well as its own 3-band EQ.

If a microphone isn’t needed, the additional channel can be used, for example, for another stereo audio source or a USB return. This makes the Xone:PX5 ideal for extensive hybrid DJ and live performance setups.

MIDI Clock and X:Link

The built-in MIDI Clock Engine enables synchronization of external devices and can transmit start/stop commands. The 5-pin MIDI Sync/Out connector allows drum machines, synthesizers, and other MIDI-capable devices to be integrated into the DJ setup. MIDI clock data can also be sent and received via USB.

Via X:Link, compatible controllers from the Allen & Heath Xone:K series can be connected directly to the mixer. This allows for additional MIDI control options without occupying another USB port on the computer.

Flexible Send/Return Connectivity for External Effects

The Xone:PX5 offers extensive options for integrating external effects units. The send/return section supports both classic send/return and master insert applications. With support for line and Hi-Z signals, a wide variety of external effects and signal processors can be integrated.

Crossfader for Mixing and Scratching

The crossfader offers three switchable response curves and can therefore be configured for both smooth transitions and fast scratching techniques. For particularly demanding applications, the crossfader can also be replaced with an optionally available Innofader Pro 2.
