Riggatec Black End Cap for 50 x 1–2.5 mm Round Tubing

The Riggatec Black End Cap for 50 x 1–2.5 mm round tubing is a plastic slotted plug designed to seal the open ends of round and square tubing. The end cap protects against the ingress of dirt and enhances the appearance of the tubing ends.

The Riggatec end cap is made of durable polyethylene (PE). When used with aluminum and steel pipes, the end cap protects other materials by rounding off any sharp cut edges. The slotted plug is pressed or tapped into place and can be easily removed.

The plugs are designed for use in tubes or equivalent boreholes with clear passages corresponding to the nominal inside dimensions, extending at least the length of the shank. The material and design of the shank ensure that the plug is held securely in place and prevents it from falling out, while also allowing for smooth and easy installation. The fins may be continuous or interrupted. The fins are not suitable for sealing against liquids. Due to manufacturing processes, a residual sprue may extend beyond the shaft length.
