The very finely ground aluminium bauxite ore is subjected to the so-called 'Bayer' process to produce pure aluminium oxide. Before it can be processed, it is thoroughly cleaned of foreign material and melted at 950°C together with cryolite, a rare mineral. The high-quality primary aluminium produced in this way is then further processed in accordance with industrial standard EN 1090. Qualified, skilled workers weld the specially produced aluminium to produce the proven Naxpro-Truss structural components. The high-quality aluminium of the trusses can also be easily recycled.

All Naxpro Truss trusses are manufactured to industry standards and only by trained professionals. TÜV-Nord tests both the production process and the structural engineering of the products. The manufacturer also provides you with the most important data so that you can calculate the possible structural loads yourself for your own event planning.
