The RANE PERFORMER is a 4-channel motorized DJ controller designed for creative mixing and skilled showcasing. It features RANE's industrial build quality and world-class sound. The PERFORMER features 7-inch, high-torque die-cast aluminum platters with acrylic discs that behave like vinyl. The magnetically attached discs ensure precise feedback at all times. At the center of each turntable is a high-resolution 3.5-inch LCD display that shows deck information, moving waveforms, album artwork, and library views. A Day Mode option reverses the contrast to ensure clear visibility in sunlight.

In addition to the adjustable MAG FOUR crossfader, the PERFORMER's mixer section features 4 redesigned PRECISION FEEL FADERS. These voltage-regulated faders use the same dual-rail mechanical system as the MAG FOUR, but in a horizontal fader form that is mounted vertically on the circuit board. This results in an extremely smooth, reliable, and consistent response when playing. The faders can be further customized in the onboard menu, allowing them to be reversed and the cut-in curve adjusted from 0-100%.

With 4 unique options for controlling stems, the PERFORMER sets the standard for creative open-format DJing. The PERFORMER features RANE's exclusive STEM SPLIT function, which automatically splits acapella and instrumental sections into 2 mixer channels so that effects can be added to individual elements. STEM LEVEL transforms each channel's 3-band EQ into control knobs to adjust, kill, or boost individual elements.

The PERFORMER's expanded FX suite includes over 25 paddle-activated, fully customizable MAIN FX and 4 knob-controlled CHANNEL FX. This robust FX suite offers traditional classics such as reverb and echo, as well as new additions such as Scale Down, Recycler, and Riser. The entire fader FX suite from the RANE SEVENTY A-TRAK SIGNATURE EDITION mixer has been ported to the PERFORMER. This allows the PRECISION FEEL volume faders to be used as linear controls for roll, pitch, and ring modulation. It also seamlessly switches between the integrated hardware FX and the Serato software FX.
