Riggatec Safety Cable – 60 cm × 5 mm, up to 15 kg

Our Riggatec safety cable provides reliable secondary securing for equipment in event venues and production areas. The wire rope is 60 cm long and has a diameter of 5 mm. In accordance with BGI 810-3, it is designed for equipment weighing up to 15 kg.

Mandatory safety requirements apply to the securing of overhead-mounted equipment at events and productions. Our Riggatec safety cables are manufactured using professional mechanical crimping devices. Production takes place under a quality management system certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008.

The captive chain quick-release fastener is DIN-marked and features an extra-large opening. This makes it easier to insert the thimble into the quick-release link. Furthermore, for our Riggatec safety ropes, we use the next larger size of quick-release link than specified in BGI 810-3.
