Our Riggatec safety cable provides reliable secondary securing for equipment in event venues and production areas. The wire rope is 100 cm long and has a diameter of 9 mm. In accordance with BGI 810-3, it is designed for equipment weighing up to 80 kg.

Our Riggatec safety cables are manufactured using specialized mechanical crimping equipment. The production process is tailored for professional applications in event and production technology where equipment must be additionally secured against falling.

The captive chain quick-release fastener is DIN-certified and features an extra-large opening. This makes it easier to insert the thimble into the quick-release link. Furthermore, for our Riggatec safety cables, we use the next larger size of quick-release link specified in BGI 810-3.
