Riggatec Safety Cable – 60 cm × 12 mm, up to 95 kg

Our Riggatec safety cable provides reliable secondary securing for equipment in event venues and production areas. The wire rope is 60 cm long and has a diameter of 12 mm. In accordance with BGI 810-3, it is designed for equipment weighing up to 95 kg.

Our Riggatec safety cables are manufactured using specialized mechanical crimping equipment. This design is intended for professional applications in event and production technology where installed equipment must be additionally secured against falling.

The captive-type chain quick-release connector, with a diameter of 3.5 mm, is designed in accordance with DIN 56926-B and bears the DIN mark. Its extra-large opening facilitates insertion of the thimble. For our Riggatec safety ropes, we use the next larger size of quick-release connector than specified in BGI 810-3.
