RUD Starpoint ring nut VRM

The RUD Starpoint ring nut - VRM makes your work easier, because it is adjustable in the tension direction.
  • Shape: star-shaped - clear difference from DIN 582 ring nut
  • color: Eye-catching, fluorescent pink powder coating
  • Labeled with large load capacity indication for the most unfavorable load direction
  • Corresponds to the machine guideline 98/37/CE
  • Rotatable 360° -> Can be adjusted in the tension direction before the lifting process

Application:
  • The ring body of the Starpoint nut must be 360° rotatable in a screwed-tight condition.
  • Adjust in direction of force before suspending the rigging gear
  • Flat screw surface must be ensured
  • The nut thread must be filled out 100% with the bolt thread
  • The mounted thread pin must ensure that the contact area of the ring nut can sit on the screw surface

Please note:
  • With rotating movement under load (e.g. turning procedures), use double ball bearing PowerPoint collection
  • Load capacity values apply only in connection with threaded bolt with min. quality class 10.9
